Description of the course
Currently, the use of anthropometric techniques in a standardized way, with specific equipment and software, are valuable tools for the development of programs oriented towards health, nutrition, physical activity and high performance. The objective of this training is for professionals to acquire methodological instruments to apply these techniques within the scope of their specialties.
Objectives
At the end of the course, the participant will be able to perform anthropometric measurements according to the established standardized protocol. Manipulate, analyze and relate the data obtained in the areas in which it works.
Who is the course for
Doctors, nutritionists, physical education graduates and teachers, physiotherapists, sports trainers, health and sports science students.
Requirements
It is necessary that each participant brings the last day (only) of the course a person who serves to do the final exam as a model of the measurements. This person must be over 18 years of age or a minor with parental consent and be as lean as possible.
