Currently, the use of anthropometric techniques in a standardized way, with specific equipment and software, are valuable tools for the development of programs oriented towards health, nutrition, physical activity and high performance.

The objective of this training is for professionals to acquire methodological instruments to apply these techniques within the scope of their specialties.
